Scrip is a year-round fundraising program in place at Sacred Heart Area School. Scrip gives everyone the opportunity to support the school without spending extra money. Supporters simply buy gift cards or gift certificates at face value & use them (instead of cash or check) when they do their everyday shopping. Sacred Heart Area School gets a percentage of the face vlaue from participating merchants.
We are keeping a limited supply of merchants on hand, so feel free to contact scrip representatives Cheryl or Teresa at anytime to see what is available. If we know what merchants you usually shop and what certificates you are interested in, we can order them ahead of time. This way the certificates you want will be on hand and you won't have to wait for them.
NEW!!! Do you want to give SCRIP as a gift but don't know which certificates to buy? We now have a Gift Certificate for SCRIP. You give the scrip gift certificate and the recipient uses it to pay for the scrip they want from us.
We currently have 16 local businesses and over 100 national merchants who participate in the Scrip program.
To order, click and print this printable order form. Then click the link to open the list of scrip merchants and products in a new window. Fill in your form and return it to the school with your payment. Watch the school newsletter or church bulletin for order deadlines. Orders usually arrive in about a week. If you have children at Sacred Heart Area School, you can choose to have the scrip brought home by your child, or picked up by you or by anyone you designate. There is usually a Scrip representative in the back of the church after Mass on Sunday mornings. If you prefer, you can pick up your order from them (please note this preference on your order form so they will have your scrip with them on Sunday).
